Roaster’s Note: Getting away from using Brazil in our flagship espresso was scary at first and has definitely been a learning curve but I love the way these two coffees play off each other and am excited to continue in this direction moving forward. The Colombia has these amazing peach and pineapple notes while the Myanmar is a caramel and butterscotch bomb. Really nice as a straight espresso.
