A lively blend we put together that pairs the smooth chocolate notes of a classic wet-hulled Indonesian coffee with the red berry fruits of a honey-processed African coffee. Some of you coffee nerds out there may recognize the recipe for a great cup of drip, but we feel it makes even better cold brew.

Roaster’s Note: Our Cold Brew Blend is a simple take on perhaps the oldest recipe in specialty coffee, the Mokka-Java blend. The East Timor provides the anchor to the blend by supplying a thick body with salted nuts and chocolate notes while the Zambia lifts the coffee with its juicy raspberry and citrus notes.
