Milks Choices
All drink prices include choice of milk (no upcharge ! )
Whole Milk and Half/Half: Danzeisan Dairy . There was only really one choice in our minds. These local folks do it best. The milk is almost buttery when drank on its own, it’s a dream to steam and the sweetness really comes out on the smaller, more traditional, espresso drinks.
Oatmilk: Minor Figures . Picking an oat milk ended up being a bigger decision than our whole milk. We ended up going with Minor Figures based on blind taste tests as well as the great ethos of that company. It’s oat milk, but the oat flavor sits really far back in the pallet on espresso based drinks. It ‘compliments’ and doesnt ‘over-power’ we’d say.
Almond Milk: Califia Farms. Not too surprising here. Typically almond milks are really dense and near impossible to steam. We love this one and its balance for espresso drinks.
