Roaster’s Note: Getting away from using Brazil in our flagship espresso was scary at first and has definitely been a learning curve but I love the way this particular coffee shines on its own, plays well with milk and exudes sweetness and body. Really nice as a straight espresso or in smaller milk-espresso drinks like cortados and traditional cappuccinos .
