Roaster’s Note: We began working on this flagship house drip about 4 years ago and have always steered this particular coffee towards the melon, plum, and smooth chocolate type of flavor profiles. We have been using this Colombia for only a few weeks and are excited by how wonderful this coffee is coming out and hitting those benchmarks.
